DAILY RATES INCLUDE:
- Transport from and to OR Tambo airport
- Accommodation, meals and non-alcoholic beverages
- Field preparation and skinning of trophies
- Services of Professional hunter, trackers and skinners
- Fully equipped hunting vehicle and driver
- Daily laundry
DAILY RATES EXCLUDE:
- Fees of animals wounded or lost
- Taxidermist, packing and exporting of trophies
- 15% Government VAT on daily rates
- Hire of firearms / ammunition
- Any sightseeing or touring related costs outside of the hunting area
- Insurance and medical expenses of any kind
- Gratuities to PH, skinners, trackers and camp staff
TERMS OF BUSINESS:
- Our hunting method is walk and stalk, but hunting from a vehicle can be done for hunters with physical challenges
- Deposit of 50% of daily rates to confirm the booking, balance of daily rates payable on arrival
- Species fees are payable at the end of the safari
- Payment to be made by cash or wire transfer
- We do not accept payment by personal / travellers cheques
- Prices are subject to change due to exchange rates and/or cost escalation
- While we do our best to ensure our clients’ safety, hunting can be potentially hazardous.
- We strongly recommend that clients take out the appropriate insurance cover against any possible claim that may arrise from the safari
- We do not accept any liability for loss, illness or accidents, nor any expenses arising there from
